How long is the sample lead time? Is sample making chargeable?
Normal sample lead time is 3-5 working days, 5-7 working days for complex designs. Sample fee depends on product complexity and will be fully refunded after bulk order placement, no hidden charges. -
What is the MOQ for custom orders?
No MOQ for in-stock items, mixed batch is supported. Custom OEM orders have low MOQ based on size and craftsmanship, supporting small trial orders and bulk brand purchases. -
Will you protect my custom design copyright?
Yes. We sign confidentiality agreements for custom orders. Your original designs, pictures and samples are strictly protected and will never be sold or leaked to third parties. -
What is the bulk production lead time?
In-stock orders ship within 24-48 hours. Normal bulk custom orders take 7-15 working days. The lead time for large or complex orders can be negotiated and updated in real time. -
Can I visit your factory or inspect goods?
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our factory for inspection. We also support real-time video factory tour and goods checking anytime. -
